Shipping Policy

We Care! Our chocolates are fresh made daily and contain no preservatives, for that reason, we are very conscientious of the method in which we ship and the condition in which we want the product to arrive. We also guarantee our shipping; our warranty states: We want you to enjoy chocolate the way it’s meant to be, perfect! When we say perfect, we mean it! We guaranteed that your chocolate will arrive fresh and not melted. If not, let us know, and we will immediately send you a replacement package!

Please note: We try to coordinate the deliveries so that the order arrives on or before the requested shipping date. Therefore, we kindly ask that you keep in mind the number of days in transit that your shipping method requires (1 Day, 2 Day, 3 Days, Ground) to arrive at its destination.

Note: 3 Day or Ground orders placed on Wednesday – Sunday, ship out on Monday of the following week to avoid the chocolates overstaying on the weekend in UPS/FedEx warehouses.


  1. All orders placed BEFORE 10:00 AM EST will be shipped same day on Monday and Tuesday.
  2. At the moment, we DO NOT SHIP outside the US (Including Canada or Puerto Rico.
  3. Please ensure the Ship To Address is accurate, we will not offer any refunds or replacements if chocolates are not accepted or deliverable to the recipient.
  4. We regret are unable to deliver on Saturdays and Sundays for orders placed online.
  5. Same day delivery is available in Miami Monday to Friday, when the order is placed before NOON. For Saturday delivery, please call 305-854-9936.
  6. We kindly request that you keep in mind the number of days in transit that your package requires arriving at its destination when filling out the “I want it to be delivered on/by: (MM/DD/YYYY)”. (In other words, if placing the order on 2/1 at 9 am and selecting 3 Day Select, the package will not be able to arrive at the location until 2/4, assuming all days are business days.)

March – October Shipping information:
During the Miami warm weather months (March-October), we are only able to offer two-day shipping as the cheapest shipping method (and Ground in Florida and the southern states). We ship with special insulated bags/boxes with gel ice packs; that can only protect for so long under warm temperatures which are why we are unable to offer less expensive shipping methods.

  • Next Day Air Saver / Overnight (1 Business Day in transit).
  • 2nd Day Air (2 Business Days in transit) {May is not available during June-August}.
  • Ground (1-2 Business Days in transit – Only for FL, GA, AL, NC, SC, TN, VA, and KY).

November – February Shipping information:
Generally speaking by late October / early November, when the weather turns colder for most of the southern states and the US. We can offer once more, three day shipping to most of the US – including the West Coast and expanded Ground shipping – including all of the East Coast through New England and most of the Central States, which will help with the cost of shipping.
